zetbuj Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the zetbuj platform and all of its services. zetbuj is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between zetbuj and you (the user).

By accessing the zetbuj website or application, completing registration, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the zetbuj support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

zetbuj reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This may require a national identity card, passport, or other government-approved identification. If verification is not completed, withdrawal processing may be delayed or suspended.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds into zetbuj, you may use the following approved payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking method.
• Nagad — The mobile financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — The mobile financial service of United Commercial Bank.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The deposit amount must remain within the limits set by the relevant payment method. If any deposit appears suspicious, zetbuj reserves the right to hold those funds temporarily pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

After a withdrawal request is submitted, zetbuj generally completes processing within 1 hour. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved under special circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be held if pending bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, zetbuj reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on zetbuj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Foreign currency transactions are not supported. Any additional charges related to currency conversion may be applied by your payment provider, and zetbuj bears no responsibility for those charges.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

zetbuj offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To claim the bonus, any applicable promotion code must be entered at the time of making the first deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a 20x (20 times) wagering requirement. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without fulfilling the wagering requirements.

• Bonus funds may be used on all games, however some games may contribute a limited amount toward wagering.
• A maximum single bet limit may apply while a bonus is active.
• zetbuj reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If an attempt to collect bonuses through fraudulent means is detected, the account may be permanently cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The zetbuj VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is calculated each week and added to the account at a set time. zetbuj reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

4.4 General Promotion Terms

• One promotion cannot be used alongside another promotion at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• zetbuj may withdraw any promotion or bonus at its discretion.

5. Gameplay and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Policy

zetbuj is a fair play platform. All our games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and verifiable outcomes. No game outcome is predetermined.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account cancellation:

• Opening an account under another person's identity or using false information.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

5.3 Error Policy

zetbuj reserves the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error. Any winnings obtained from a faulty transaction will not be considered valid. It is the user's responsibility to notify the support team immediately if such an issue is identified.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Account Closure by zetbuj

zetbuj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Creating an account using a false identity or information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or instruction from a legal authority.
• False declaration of age (accounts belonging to individuals under 21).

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned, however funds obtained unlawfully may be forfeited.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time through the support team. Before closing the account, any pending bonus conditions must be settled and any valid balance must be withdrawn.

12. Applicable Law and Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions form the entire agreement between zetbuj and the user and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
